Matt Bowers Hyundai is aggressively hiring A, B, C Level Technicians and Master Technicians for our high-volume, fast-growing service department.

COMPENSATION ABOVE MARKET (20%+)

$30 $65+ per hour based on experience, certifications, and production

Entry-level experienced techs start well above local averages
Master Techs earn top-tier pay at the highest level in the region
High flag hours = uncapped earning potential

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Minimum 4+ years dealership experience REQUIRED
Hyundai, Kia, or Mazda experience a PLUS
ASE (ASC) Certifications preferred
Master Technicians move to the front of the line
Must have your own tools
Strong diagnostic skills (mechanical & electrical)
Ability to perform in a high-volume, fast-paced shop
Reliable, accountable, and production-driven

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles to OEM standards
Perform advanced diagnostics, drivability, electrical, and engine work
Complete maintenance, brakes, and full system repairs
Execute used car recon when needed
Work with a strong service team to maximize efficiency and output
Stay current with evolving vehicle technology and training
