- Understand & enforce the i9 Sports rules books ensuring a fun, learning, and safety for all players
- Teach & demonstrate core concepts including Sportsmanship values
- Keep time and score during the game; manage an age-appropriate level of instruction and competition
- Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills
- Cover coaching for volunteer coaches who don't show up at the assigned time
- Report to the respective Sports Coordinator
- You feel good bringing happiness and joy to others
- Verbal & communication skills]
- Willingness to learn how to officiate kids and coach
- Sport-specific officiating, playing, or coaching experience
- Highly motivated self-starter; can work independently, solve problems and be proactive
- Awareness & ability to take charge of any situation to ensure the safety of players
- Positive attitude and a strong ability to build professional relationships
- Ability to work every Saturday 7am-2pm
- Must be able to pass a National Criminal Background Check
- Work with the largest youth sports provider in the country
- Help to develop kids confidence and gaining love for the sport
- Have fun working with experienced professionals and families
- Get real-life professional hands-on training in communication, business, athletics and overall working with people
- Learning multiple sports through our training program designed by the USA Olympic committee, Nike, USA Football & the NBA Clippers
- Fun environment, fun culture with other program directors, area managers and site coordinators
