Position: IAM Metrics Reporting Leader (Power BI) Location: 100% Remote Duration: 6+ Months

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IAM Metrics Reporting Leader to design, build, and automate a comprehensive IAM Metrics, KPI, and KRI reporting program. This is a high-visibility role requiring someone who can work independently, present confidently to Senior/Executive Leadership, and drive automation-first reporting solutions using Power BI.

Must-Have Skills (Required)

Power BI - Strong hands-on expertise is a MUST - dashboard design, development, and automation
Proven experience designing and maintaining Metrics, KPIs, and KRIs within IT Security
Comfortable and capable presenting to Senior/Executive Leadership independently
Strong automation mindset - building automated data pipelines and real-time dashboards
Microsoft Excel - intermediate level or above
Ability to work independently - own the task end-to-end without daily direction
Understanding of IAM (Identity Access Management) domain and related security metrics
Experience delivering both detailed internal reporting and executive-level dashboards
Ability to collaborate in a dotted-line fashion with Information Security Metrics/KPI teams

Good to Have (Preferred)

IAM-specific metrics and reporting experience - major bonus
Familiarity with IAM tools - SailPoint, CyberArk, Okta, Active Directory
Experience building real-time reporting solutions
Background in IT Security compliance and risk reporting
Knowledge of KRI frameworks in cybersecurity environments
