Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Program Manager to lead two high-priority enterprise technology programs:SAP Ariba Procurement & Supplier Management TransformationSAP IBP Integrated Business Planning & Supply Chain OptimizationThis role is responsible for end-to-end program governance, delivery oversight, and management of a Systems Integrator (SI) partner. The ideal candidatebrings deep expertise in SAP enterprise implementations, a strong understanding of procurement and supply chain business processes, and a proven trackrecord of managing complex, multi-workstream programs in a regulated industry environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Leadership & Governance
" Define and maintain the overall program roadmap, milestones, and interdependence across both Ariba and IBP workstreams
" Establish and lead program governance structures including steering committees, workstream leads, and executive briefings
" Develop and manage integrated program plans, risk registers, issue logs, and decision frameworks
" Drive alignment across business stakeholders, IT leadership, and the Systems Integrator
" Ensure program objectives are aligned to business outcomes, KPIs, and strategic prioritiesSystems Integrator Management
" Serve as the primary MiniMed interface to the SI partner across both programs
" Manage SI contracts, SOW compliance, deliverable quality, and performance against SLAs
" Conduct regular SI performance reviews and escalate issues as needed
" Ensure knowledge transfer and capability building within MiniMed teams
" Oversee SI resource plans and identify gaps or risks related to staffing or skill setsSAP Ariba Program Oversight
" Oversee implementation of SAP Ariba modules (e.g., Procurement, Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Lifecycle Management)
" Partner with Procurement and Finance leadership to drive process standardization and adoption
" Manage change management, training, and go-live readiness activities
" Ensure integration design aligns with downstream systems (e.g., SAP ERP/S4HANA, finance systems)SAP IBP Program Oversight
" Oversee implementation of SAP IBP modules (e.g., Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, Inventory Optimization)
" Partner with Supply Chain, Operations, and Commercial leadership to align planning capabilities with business needs
" Manage data readiness, master data governance, and integration to manufacturing and logistics systems
" Support change management activities including S&OP process redesign and user adoptionRisk, Budget & Reporting
" Own program-level budget tracking, forecasting, and variance reporting
" Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks and dependencies across both programs
" Provide regular executive-level status reporting with clear insights on scope, schedule, budget, and risks
" Maintain program documentation and ensure audit-readiness, particularly in support of regulatory and compliance requirements
