JOB PURPOSE:As the Associate Finance Manager – US Supply Chain FP&A, you will support the US Supply Chain Finance FP&A process to enable the business to meet its' financial goals, proactive efforts to identify opportunities, and implement solutions to enhance the financial performance of our business. Your mission is to infuse financial wisdom into every strategic and operational decision, ensuring that growth trajectory is not only profitable but also sustainable.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:The Associate Finance Manager – US Supply Chain FP&A should have exceptional leadership and be an innate problem-solver, with the ability to support the business in developing and executing on effective business strategies; including the planning, forecasting, and budgeting process. Key responsibilities include:• Support financial operations with end-to-end ownership of Supply Chain Cost (COGS) within the US Ice Cream business.• Monitor and analyze financial performance/trends, support with senior management decision making.• Own month end close management reporting for actuals and lead end-to-end forecasting process.• Reconcile financial reporting to drive variance analysis and business insights across Supply Chain Cost (COGS).• Own business waste budget/reporting of about €20M, collaborating with business partners in Quality, Planning, and Logistics.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis.• Act as a liaison between finance and other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication.• Embrace and promote the company's values and commitment to sustainability and responsible business practices..WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience, with a focus on supply chain/operations finance. CPG experience preferred.• Strong understanding of financial analysis & reporting, including budgeting, forecast, and variance analysis.• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems. SAP, PBCS, & AFO are a plus.• Advanced MS Office Suite capabilities required.

Pay: The pay range for this position is $88,600 to $133,000. The Magnum Ice Cream Company (TMICC) takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.
