Job Title: Senior SAP SuccessFactors Architect/Analyst (in-house)

Location: Mumbai, India

Job Type: Full-Time

About the role: AGFA is dedicated to enhancing our HR processes and systems to ensure the best employee experience. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior SAP SuccessFactors Architect with a strong Functional Analyst background to join our ICS team and support our global HR department. In this role 60% of your time, you will architecture an HRIS future of AGFA, whilst the remaining 40% you will be hands-on to evolve and maintain our SuccessFactors solution together with our HR team and IT partners.

About You: You are a seasoned SAP SuccessFactors professional with an architectural mindset. You have a very good understanding of the core HR process and corresponding SuccessFactors functionalities.

You are pro-active, self-driven and well-organized. You can communicate very clearly in English, have can-do attitude, and deliver on promise.

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Drive modernization of AGFA HRIS landscape, evolving and integrating it.
Lead the evolution and enhancement of SAP SuccessFactors to meet changing business needs. Collaborate with HR to understand requirements and implement effective solutions. Work with outsource IT implementation partners to configure a solution.
Design and lead building integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and other systems.
Provide expert support to the HR team in the use, evolution, and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, OnBoarding, Learning, Compensation, Performance & Goals and Succession Planning.
Help to resolve complex and high-severity incidents to ensure seamless operation of HR business operations and SAP SuccessFactors in particularly.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures. Be AGFA knowledge keeper of SAP SuccessFactors.
Stay updated with the latest SAP SuccessFactors features and enhancements to provide innovative solutions.

Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with HR and IT teams.
Very good English, both written and verbal. Excellent presentation skills.
Proven track record of at least 2 successful SAP SuccessFactors implementations of Employee Central, OnBoarding.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors consulting, with a strong focus on Employee Central.
Experience with other modules such as: Learning, Compensation (merit and variable pay), Performance & Goals (for 360° Feedback), Performance & Goals is a plus.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to analyze complex business requirements and design effective solutions.
SAP SuccessFactors certification(s) is a plus.
