Job Description

ICU REGISTERED NURSETake your critical care expertise to the next level with our dynamic ICU Registered Nurse position. Minimum of 2 years ICU experience
Proven proficiency with Epic electronic medical records
Experience with impella and NxStage devices strongly preferred
Strong critical thinking, communication, and patient care skills
Ability to perform lab sticks, EKGs, and line starts efficiently
Familiarity with equipment including Alaris IV Pumps, CADD PCA pumps, Servo I ventilators, Fresenius CRRT dialysis machines, Edwards Lifesciences cardiac monitors, Medtronic EVD systems, Arctic Sun TMS, GE monitors, Hill Rom beds, Pyxis medication stations, and Veratron bladder scanners

Nice to Have Skills:

Experience floating to various ICUs, ED, PACU, or MS/PCU units
Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs and ratios

Preferred Education and Experience:

Registered Nurse license (RN) in good standing
Certifications: ACLS, BLS, CPI, NIH (CPI can be obtained onsite for $100)
Recent experience managing COVID-19 and isolation patients

Other Requirements:

Willingness to work 4 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule
No call requirement
Limited planned time off (up to 5 days)
Ability to work 3x12-hour day shifts (07:00 19:30)
Must know your N95 mask size
Flexibility to float across all ICUs and occasionally to ED, PACU, or MS/PCU units; may care for patients with impella and NxStage devices

Compensation for this position is highly competitive, with an hourly rate of $56.95.
