Job Description

Shore United Bank is seeking a full-time Identity and Access Management Administrator to join our team. The Identity and Access Management (IAM) Administrator is responsible for managing and securing user identities, access rights, and authentication systems across the organization. This role ensures compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements by implementing and maintaining IAM solutions, including user provisioning, role-based access control, single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), privileged access management (PAM), and identity governance administration (IGA). The IAM Administrator collaborates with IT, Security, Risk, and business teams to streamline access processes, reduce risk, and enhance user experience while safeguarding critical systems and data.

Essential Functions Include:

  • Assist in the implementation, administration, and maintenance of IAM systems, including user provisioning, de-provisioning, automation workflows, and access reviews
  • Assist in the implementation, administration, and maintenance of Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions
  • Monitor and troubleshoot identity related issues across applications and platforms
  • Support the development and enforcement of IAM policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Support other IT functional areas, to include IT Systems, Security, and Infrastructure
  • Support IT Security in detecting, investigating, and responding to security and access anomalies
  • Collaborate with IT, Risk, and Security to design and enforce role-based access control (RBAC)
  • Assist in the implementation, administration, and maintenance of an IGA framework, including periodic access certification campaigns to maintain least privilege principles
  • Work with internal and external audit, risk, and regulators to complete audit requests, exams, and provide evidence for IAM systems and access reviews as part of the IGA
  • Develop and maintain IAM documentation, including policies, procedures, and configurations
  • Assist in the implementation, administration, and maintenance of certificate authority (CA) services, including both private and public, issuance and revocation of certificates
  • Support CIO with cost-benefit analysis, corporate efficiency, and other advice to establish the IT budget as it pertains to IAM solutions
  • Coordinate with IT staff, vendors and other third parties in the design, acquisition, maintenance, and support of systems/solutions.
  • Cooperates with, participates in, and supports the adherence to all internal policies, procedures, and practices in support of risk management and overall safety and soundness and the Bank's compliance with all regulatory requirements, e.g., Community Reinvestment Act (CRA), Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Equal Credit Opportunity Act, SAFE Act, etc.; ensures that the office and all personnel adhere to the same.
  • Participates in required training sessions, including training for compliance with BSA/AML policies and procedures.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

  • Full-time.
  • Exempt.
  • Days of Work: Monday-Friday.
  • Nights and weekends may be required. On-call for emergencies.

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in an IT related field
  • 3+ years of experience in IT
  • Strong understanding of IAM tools and technologies
  • Strong understanding of Active Directory, LDAP, RADIUS, SSO, MFA
  • Strong understanding of OAuth, OIDC, SAML, SCIM
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft desktop and server operating systems
  • General understanding of certificate services
  • Familiarity with IGA and security frameworks, standards, and benchmarks such as NIST, ISO 27001, SOX, GLBA, and CIS
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities daily
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage a project to completion

Travel:

This position may require travel to local company locations on an as needed basis. On occasion, this position may travel to attend training and vendor meetings.

Compensation:

  • The pay range for this position is $55,724 to $103,697 annually.
  • Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted hiring range based on factors such as relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, licensure requirements and/or skill level, and will be finalized at the time of offer.
