Job Summary

The General Laborer is responsible for performing a variety of routine manual labor tasks under direct supervision in support of daily operations. This role assists with physical work such as lifting and moving materials, loading and unloading vehicles, digging and refilling holes, mowing grass, trimming, basic equipment operation, and other tasks performed in a helping or assisting capacity. The position requires adherence to safety procedures while working in an active manual labor environment. This role does not include supervisory responsibilities and may involve exposure to physical and environmental conditions such as noise, weather elements, and minor occupational risks. II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned.

• Carries tools and equipment to and from storage and working areas.
• Cleans work areas, tools, and equipment.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

• This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

IV. Qualifications

A. Education and Experience

• Required: High school diploma or G.E.D, and 0-4 years of previous experience.
• Preferred: High school diploma or G.E.D plus additional or specialized training, and 0-4 years of previous experience.

• None required.

C. Other Knowledge, Skills, or Abilities

• None required.
