Job Description

Imaging Radiology- CMC - Radiologic Technician- Cayuga Medical CenterJoin our team as an Imaging Radiology Radiologic Technician at Cayuga Medical Center and play a vital role in delivering exceptional diagnostic imaging services. This position offers an exciting opportunity to utilize your expertise in a dynamic healthcare environment, providing critical support to patient care and diagnostics. Proficiency in performing X-ray and other radiologic procedures
Strong understanding of radiation safety and protection protocols
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to operate radiologic imaging equipment accurately and efficiently
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of positioning techniques and anatomy

Nice to Have Skills:

Experience with advanced imaging modalities (e.g., CT, MRI)
Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT or equivalent)
Prior experience in a hospital setting
Familiarity with digital imaging systems and PACS

Preferred Education and Experience:

Associates Degree or higher in Radiologic Technology or related field
Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience
Current state licensure and national certification

Other Requirements:

Willingness to work 3x12-hour shifts (9 am-9 pm), Wednesday through Friday
Ability to start on 04/27/2026
Valid certification/license as per state laws
Commitment to maintaining safety standards and ongoing professional development
