- Union Pay Scale: $49.73 $74.11 per hour*
- Relocation Allowance: $5,000 $15,000 one-time payment (based on distance)*

- Provide direct patient care to moderately acute and high-acuity patients*
- Monitor cardiac rhythms and manage telemetry patients*
- Administer IV medications, titratable drips, and advanced therapies*
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans*
- Perform detailed patient assessments and document findings accurately*
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and post-discharge care*
- Respond quickly to changes in patient condition and escalate care as needed*
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and nursing standards
- Active Oregon Registered Nurse (RN) License (or ability to obtain prior to start)*
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required*
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred*
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification*
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required*
- Minimum 12 years of IMCU, PCU, Step-Down, or Telemetry experience preferred*
- Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills
- Stable, full-time night shift schedule (3x12s)*
