As an integral part of our team, youll contribute to assembling, installing, and adjusting electrical systems on cutting-edge equipment, ensuring quality and precision in every unit produced. Youll work closely with experienced electrical and engineering teams to drive efficiency and excellence.What Youll Do: As an Electrical Mechanical Assembler, you will be responsible for reading and interpreting electrical schematics and blueprints, assembling electrical circuitry using hand tools, and performing wiring and harness connections accurately. You will test wiring systems with equipment such as ohmmeters and continuity testers, troubleshoot wiring issues under guidance, and diligently follow safety and quality standards. Additionally, youll apply Lean principles to identify waste, improve processes, and support continuous improvement initiatives. You will use power tools including drills, soldering irons, and stud welders to complete your work efficiently and effectively.What Youll Bring: The ideal candidate will have proven mechanical assembly skills and a solid understanding of electrical applications. You should possess the ability to understand schematics, blueprints, and perform basic mathematics. Physical stamina to lift 10-20 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs periodically is necessary, along with the ability to stand, stoop, crawl, and bend.
