Urgently hiringJob Title: 2nd Shift Machine Operator Pay: $17.50 per hour Hours: Monday-Thursday, 4:30 PM - 3:00 AM Start Date: ASAPBonney Staffing has partnered with a reputable company who has developed solutions to improve peoples' lives all over the world. They are seeking a skilled individual who has operated and repaired a variety of machines in previous positions! The Machine Operator job in Auburn, Maine requires a person who will be comfortable operating industrial packaging equipment as well as being flexible to other duties as they arise. Successful candidates will have a positive attitude, be reliable, and eager to collaborate with a team. This is a full time, 2nd shift position.What Youll Do:
- Operate a variety of industrial packaging machines safely and efficiently to meet production targets.*
- Perform routine troubleshooting and minor repairs to maintain equipment performance.*
- Load raw materials and oversee the packaging process to ensure quality standards.*
- Follow safety protocols and maintain cleanliness in the work area to promote a safe workplace.*
- Assist with equipment set-up and changeovers as needed for different production runs.*
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals and improve workflows.
- 1+ year of experience operating industrial machinery in a manufacturing setting.*
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and twisting throughout the shift.*
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production environment that demands attention to detail and reliability.*
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and a team-oriented mindset.*
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and adhere to company procedures.
