Job Description

We are looking for compassionate caring people to help care for elderly clients in their own homes. Build meaningful relationships while helping our clients stay independent and safe in their homes. We service the Cedar Rapids, Hiawatha, Marion, North Liberty, Coralville, Iowa City areas as well as smaller surrounding towns.

Responsibilities:

Companionship shifts: Hands off cares include cooking, light cleaning, med reminders, helping with errands and occasional transportation to appointments etc.

Personal care shifts: hands on care helping with bathing/shower, dressing, toileting, transfers, etc.

Skills & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred unless where required by law

• Licensed driver with reliable transportation and auto insurance

• Ability to adhere to HIPAA and maintain client confidentiality

• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English and communicate effectively

• Ability to travel up to 30 minutes as needed for client care service needs
