Job Responsibilities:
As an In-Home Caregiver / Care Assistant, you will provide compassionate non-medical home care and senior care assistance to help elderly clients live safely at home:
Personal Care: Assist with daily hygiene, bathing, dressing, grooming, and incontinence care.
Companionship: Provide friendly conversation, social engagement, and emotional support.
Homemaking & Meals: Light housekeeping, laundry, and healthy meal preparation.
Daily Support: Medication reminders, safety monitoring, and mobility/transfer assistance.
Transportation (Optional): Drive clients to doctor appointments, grocery shopping, and local errands.
Job Requirements & Qualifications:
Mindset: Compassionate, patient, reliable, and punctual.
Age: Must be 18 years of age or older.
Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Transportation: Valid Driver’s License, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance preferred (for transport shifts).
Experience:No experience required! We welcome applicants with backgrounds in hospitality, retail, food service, customer service, childcare, nursing assistant programs, or family caregiving.
