We are hiring caregivers for our Oregon City branch! Serving Clackamas County, including Oregon City, West Linn, Happy Valley, Canby and Milwaukie. This position will be part-time hours to start but can build into a full-time schedule. Join our growing Oregon City branch and play a key role in building a strong, compassionate care team

Current Needs:

  • Opportunities available in:Oregon City, Canby, Molalla, Estacada, and Beavercreek.
  • Lead opportunities currently available for those with on-call availability and experience. 
  • Part-time hours available
  • Flexible weekday and weekend availability (Monday–Sunday, 8–10 hours flexible availability needed during the day)
  • Caregivers who are willing to transport clients in your vehicle. DL, insurance and reliable care are required + we reimburse mileage!
  • Caregiving experience is preferred, and we offer hands on skill/med training.
  • Pay $20-$20.50 hr depending on the clients care level.

Caregiver Job Duties

Our caregivers support their clients in activities of daily living such as (but not limited to):

  • Household chores (cleaning, laundry, dishes, etc.)
  • Cooking and/or serving meals
  • Helping clients bathe, dress, and groom
  • Providing companionship through daily activities and hobbies
  • Driving clients (as needed) to the store or appointments
  • Monitoring and reporting on their condition

Additional Information

  • Our hiring process is fast and simple! Apply and the recruiter in your region will connect with you to schedule a phone interview. If hired, you will be scheduled for orientation at your branch. Once you have completed onboarding, orientation, and training, you can start working with clients!
  • Oregon only– If you have not previously completed the state-required 8-hour Home Care Pulse caregiver training, you will be required to complete the training along with the nurse-led medication training before you can work with clients. You will be paid to complete both trainings!

Requirements

  • 18 years+
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 10lbs and up to 50lb rarely.
  • Must own a smart phone with capabilities to download and use a mobile app.
  • Ability to pass a state and national background check
  • Valid driver's license, auto insurance and clean driving record
  • Ability to complete state-required caregiver/HCA training as needed
