Job Description

Calm Water and Bath is seeking a professional and dedicated full-time In-Home Design Consultant- Sales Rep to join our team serving all of South Jersey.

This full-time position offers a performance-based compensation structure, with realistic earning potential ranging from $70,000 to $250,000 per year, and paid training. We also offer great perks, such as:

This role is full-time, with dispatch from your home directly to client appointments across South Jersey. There is no requirement to report to a central office before beginning your day. Shifts will vary within our business hours of 9 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional evening and weekend appointments as necessary to accommodate clients.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR IN-HOME DESIGN CONSULTANT- SALES REP

Each day, your primary responsibility will be to conduct in-home consultations, listen attentively to each homeowner's needs and preferences, and provide education regarding product options, timelines, and pricing. You will present personalized design solutions and guide clients through a one-call close process, ensuring they feel confident in their decisions. Your attention to detail will contribute to the accuracy of project measurements and facilitate smooth installations.

Experience in in-home sales (home improvement preferred)
Familiarity with one-call close sales environments
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Strong presentation and communication skills
Comfortable discussing pricing and financing
Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
