Floor Coverings International of Lakeland is seeking an ambitious In-Home Flooring & Design Consultant to serve homeowners throughout Polk County and surrounding areas. Unlike traditional retail sales, you'll meet clients in their homes using our Mobile Flooring Showroom, helping them choose flooring solutions that fit their lifestyle, design preferences, and budget. We provide qualified leads, industry-leading technology, comprehensive training, and marketing support so you can focus on building relationships and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

What You'll Do:

• Meet homeowners for scheduled in-home consultations.
• Guide customers through flooring and design selections.
• Measure spaces and prepare professional proposals.
• Manage projects from consultation through installation.
• Build long-term customer relationships that generate referrals and repeat business.
• Collaborate with our office and installation teams to ensure exceptional results.

What We're Looking For:

• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Sales experience preferred (flooring, home improvement, kitchen & bath, remodeling, real estate, solar, retail, or similar).
• Comfortable using technology tablets, and CRM software.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Availability for some evenings and Saturdays.
