In-Home HVAC Sales Representative

Charleston, SC

$100,000+ Annual Earning Potential

We are a well-established, family-owned HVAC company serving the Charleston area. We're looking for a motivated and confident In-Home HVAC Sales Representative who is passionate about helping homeowners find the right comfort solutions and wants to build a high-earning career.

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven sales professional who enjoys working directly with customers and thrives in a consultative sales environment.

Compensation: Annual earning potential of $100,000+ (base + uncapped commission+ spiffs)

Position Highlights:

  • Full-time role with flexible scheduling (some evenings and weekends required)
  • Conduct in-home sales consultations and presentations
  • Present customized solutions and proposals to homeowners
  • Educate customers on high-efficiency equipment, accessories, and special promotions
  • Build quotes, follow up with leads, and close sales
  • Maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service

What We're Looking For:

  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record
  • Previous sales experience (HVAC or home services experience is a strong plus)
  • Comfortable conducting sales presentations in customers' homes
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to use tablets and sales software
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and desire to succeed
