Transform How People Live — One Space at a Time
Are you a seasoned kitchen, bath, or closet designer or organizer ready for your next challenge? Or someone with the passion, drive, and curiosity to learn from the best in the business? At Art of Drawers St. Louis, we transform homes, habits, and daily life. We design and install custom pullout drawers and other storage solutions for existing cabinetry to maximize accessibility, space, and organization.
You’ll collaborate directly with clients in their homes, turning cluttered cabinets and crowded pantries into spaces that inspire. Your designs become real by impacting how families cook, gather, and enjoy every day.
What Makes This Role Different?
  • You’re the expert: Your insight is valued and your ideas shape every project.
  • No high-pressure selling: We lead with design, listening, and real problem-solving—not pushy pitches.
  • Solid wood, lifetime-guaranteed products: American-made, built to last, with beautiful finishes your clients will love.
  • Clients come to us: We provide a steady flow of qualified leads, plus marketing support to grow your personal clientele.
  • True flexibility: Set your own hours, design your own workflow, and create as much opportunity as you want.
  • Support & autonomy: You’ll have ongoing training, expert resources, and a collaborative team at your back—but the creative decisions are yours.
What You’ll Do
  • Visit clients’ homes to learn what frustrates them about their kitchens, pantries, baths, and other areas, then co-create solutions they never imagined possible.
  • Guide clients through design options, sharing samples, sketches, and ideas to spark inspiration.
  • Measure, design, and document custom storage solutions that maximize space, accessibility, and beauty.
  • Oversee each project from initial consult to final install, ensuring every detail exceeds expectations.
  • Provide an exceptional client experience that leads to glowing reviews, referrals, and personal pride.
  • Grow your own client base—with marketing and referral programs that reward your results.
Who We’re Looking For
  • Kitchen,  bath, or closet design or organization experience preferred: You know your way around cabinetry, space planning, and the details that make a room work. (But if you’re motivated and passionate, we’ll teach you everything you need to know!)
  • A people person: You listen before you talk, ask smart questions, and love the “a-ha!” moment when a design just clicks for a client.
  • Detail-oriented & organized: You’re comfortable measuring, documenting, and managing projects to completion.
  • Self-driven: You want to shape your own success—and enjoy the freedom that comes with it.
  • Tech-comfortable: You’ll use basic digital tools for training, communicating, and client management.
  • You have your own phone, computer, printer, and reliable transportation.
Why Designers Love Working Here
  • Commission paid at the time of sale: Plus bonuses, lucrative referral rewards, and friends & family discounts.
  • Flexible work schedule: Design around your life—this can be part-time or a full-time career.
  • Steady, high-quality leads—no cold-calling required (unless you want to).
  • Ongoing professional development: From day-one training to advanced workshops, you’ll always be learning and growing.
  • Be part of a people-first culture: Supportive team, open communication, and a company that truly values your expertise.
