Job Description

Location: Oklahoma City, OKSalary: $48.00 USD Hourly - $50.00 USD HourlyDescription:

Travel RN – Home Health / Hospice

Location: 60‑mile radius around Oklahoma City OK 

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM 

Weekly Hours Guaranteed: 36 

On‑Call / Weekend Rotation: Yes 

Mileage Reimbursement: Yes — reimbursed between visits (from first patient to last)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Travel Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high‑quality skilled nursing care in a home health and hospice setting. This role supports patients across a broad geographic area and requires strong clinical judgment, autonomy, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver skilled nursing care to patients in their homes in accordance with the plan of care

  • Perform comprehensive assessments and ongoing monitoring of patient conditions

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient goals

  • Document all care accurately and efficiently within required systems

  • Participate in on‑call rotation and occasional weekend coverage

  • Travel throughout the assigned 60‑mile radius territory

Required Qualifications

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license

  • Previous clinical nursing experience

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Preferred Experience (Nice to Have)

  • HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) EMR experience

  • Prior home health or hospice nursing experience

  • Strong time‑management and independent decision‑making skills

  • Productivity Expectation: 30 points
