ARK Roofing and AGE Heating and Cooling have joined together to create a strong, family-owned home services company proudly serving Sandpoint, ID, and the greater North Idaho region. With over 20 years of trusted roofing expertise in Spokane Valley and more than 25 years of HVAC industry experience across North Idaho, both companies have built solid reputations for quality workmanship, integrity, and exceptional customer service. We are currently seeking an In-Home Sales HVAC Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will meet with homeowners in their homes to assess comfort needs, present HVAC system options, and provide customized solutions. This role focuses on consultative sales, delivering a professional, pressure-free experience that results in high customer satisfaction and strong close rates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-home consultations with pre-qualified residential customers
- Evaluate existing HVAC needs and equipment
- Present system replacement options, pricing, and financing clearly and professionally
- Build trust and rapport while guiding customers to the best solution for their home
- Close sales in the home and meet or exceed performance goals
- Maintain accurate documentation using company systems
- Work closely with installation and service teams to ensure smooth project execution
Pay Scale: This is a commission-based position. Target yearly income minimum of $150,000+
Work hours: flexible schedule with occasional evenings and Saturdays as needed

Required Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
- Prior in-home sales experience (home services, roofing, HVAC, remodeling, or similar preferred)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to accurately measure, assess, and document residential projects
- Proficiency with computers
- Experience working with Service Titan software is a plus
- Strong time management and ability to manage multiple appointments per day
- Professional appearance and customer-first attitude
- Ability to work evenings and occasional weekends when homeowners are available
- Ability to climb ladders and inspect roofs or equipment when needed
