We are looking for someone who can listen to customers, build trust, explain options clearly, and help them choose the solution that makes the most sense for their home or business.Your responsibilities will include:Meeting with customers in their homes or businesses

Identifying heating, cooling, and indoor comfort needs

Educating customers on HVAC equipment, replacement options, and system designs

Recommending solutions based on the customer's needs and budget

Preparing and presenting options professionally

Following up with customers throughout the decision-making process

Maintaining strong communication and customer relationships

Working closely with the First Rate team to provide a positive customer experience
