Job Description
Roof Scientist Charlotte is looking for an In-Home Sales Consultant to join our growing team in the Charlotte market. This person will actively engage homeowners and prospective customers to provide roofing repair, restoration, and replacement solutions through a professional, customer-focused sales process.
The ideal candidate is results-driven, motivated by helping customers, and passionate about contributing to the growth of a fast-moving home services company. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, building relationships, and creating solutions rather than sitting behind a desk all day.
Responsibilities:
• Demonstrate, promote, and sell Roof Scientist Charlotte’s services by educating homeowners on roof repair, restoration, and replacement options• Develop and foster customer relationships through strong communication, follow-up, and professionalism• Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals• Track customer interactions and pipeline activity within CRM systems• Stay informed on roofing industry trends, products, and company offerings• Generate new opportunities through networking, referrals, and community relationship building• Represent the Roof Scientist brand professionally throughout the Charlotte market
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of sales, customer service, or relationship-based experience preferred• Strong communication and interpersonal skills• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently• Organized with strong follow-up habits• Comfortable learning new technology and CRM systems• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation• Backgrounds in home improvement, real estate, hospitality, retail, solar, HVAC, or outside sales are encouraged to apply
