What You'll Do
You'll be the face of the customer's flooring project - meeting homeowners in their space, understanding their vision and budget, and guiding them to the flooring solution that fits both. You'll work both company-provided leads and self-generated opportunities, using your expertise and consultative approach to close with confidence.
What You Bring
- 3-5+ years of in-home/outside flooring sales experience
- A hunter's mentality paired with strong relationship-building instincts
- Sharp communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Comfort presenting and speaking with confidence in front of clients
- Self-motivation, coachability, and a competitive drive
- Comfort with basic sales tracking/reporting tools
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Availability for evening and weekend appointments
