Field Sales Consultant (In-Home Sales)

Location: Grandview MOCompany: Midtown Home ImprovementsPay: $165K–$300k (100% commission)Type: Full-time | Schedule: Monday–Friday, Weekends/evenings

No cold calling – all appointments are presetRun 2–3 in-home appointments per dayAverage earnings: $150K–$160KTop 25% earn $200K+Company iPad with proposal software provided

What You'll Do:

  • Meet with homeowners for pre-scheduled in-home consultations

  • Present and sell decks, fencing, windows, siding, and roofing

  • Use proven tools and systems to close deals

  • 1–2 years of in-home sales experience preferred

  • Strong communication and closing skills

  • Reliable transportation & valid driver's license

  • A professional appearance and go-getter mindset
