In-Home Sales Executive - Whole House Water Treatment

LifeSource Water Systems is looking for an experienced, driven sales professional who knows how to build relationships, manage a CRM pipeline, prospect and close high-ticket business.

We are looking for a candidate who is competitive, accountable, and has a self-directed approach to sales.

LIfeSource provides warm leads from homeowners who have expressed interest in our product. We are looking for a professional salesperson who knows how to close business from LifeSource generated leads as well as create business through relationship selling.

We're expanding and looking for an accomplished sales professional who wants to build a substantial long-term income, utilizing LifeSource provide marketing leads and in-house installation team.

Your business will come from two primary channels:

Residential SalesYou'll set appointments and meet with homeowners who have contacted LifeSource requesting information about whole-home water treatment. Success requires phone activity, follow-up, consultative selling, in-home presentations, CRM management, and closing.

Contractor & Professional PartnershipsOver time, you will develop a network of plumbing contractors and other professional referral partners within your territory. Can equal 35% of annual income.

Compensation

This is a W-2 sales position with uncapped earning potential.

·         $50,000 annual recoverable draw and offset against commissions earned

·         15% commission structure

·         Compensation paid weekly

·         Monthly incentives based on achieving sales targets

·         Annual bonus opportunities

Requirements

·         3+ years of successful high-ticket, B2B, B2C, or territory sales experience

·         A documented history of meeting or exceeding individual sales goals

·         Strong in-home presentation, closing and objection-handling skills

·         Experience prospecting and developing referral business

·         Experience managing using a CRM from initial contact through follow-up and close

·         The ability to work independently in a disciplined fashion and without constant supervision

·         Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required

·         Ability to travel throughout the assigned sales territory to conduct in-home customer appointments
