About the Role
As an In-Home Sales Representative, you'll meet with pre-qualified homeowners, conduct professional in-home consultations, and help customers select bath remodeling solutions that meet their needs and budget.
This is an exciting opportunity for a driven sales professional who enjoys working directly with customers and wants unlimited earning potential. You'll use industry-leading technology to create customized designs and present solutions that transform homes.

Responsibilities
- Conduct professional in-home sales presentations using our proprietary iPad-based sales system
- Build rapport with homeowners and identify their remodeling needs
- Design customized bath solutions using our user-friendly software
- Present pricing and financing options
- Consistently close sales and achieve performance goals
- Attend weekly sales training sessions to continuously improve skills
- Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the sales process
Qualifications
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Previous in-home sales experience highly preferred
- Home improvement or remodeling sales experience is a plus
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and goal-oriented
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment
- Professional, outgoing, and confident personality
