Now, we’re seeking motivated and professional In-Home Sales Representatives to help bring that same level of excellence to even more families’ homes.

Compensation: $150,000 – $175,000+ per year (commission-based)Experience: Required

About the Role

As an In-Home Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of our company, meeting with pre-qualified homeowners and offering innovative bath remodeling solutions that match their vision. This outside sales role allows you to use advanced technology to design and present high-quality bath systems directly in the customer’s home.

Your Responsibilities

• Conduct professional in-home presentations using our proprietary iPad-based sales system.

• Participate in weekly sales training sessions to continually sharpen your skills.

• Use our design software to create personalized bath remodeling solutions for homeowners.

• Provide pricing, present solutions clearly, and secure sales consistently.

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience while representing the Bath Planet of New Jersey brand.

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent communication, strong people skills, and solid organizational abilities.

• Home improvement or in-home sales experience is required (bath or remodeling industry experience is a strong plus).

• Reliable transportation and residency within the local service area.

• Confidence speaking with homeowners and delivering professional presentations.

• Ambition, self-motivation, and disciplined work habits.

• A self-driven, goal-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment.

• Outgoing, articulate personality that performs well in social and client-facing settings.
