Now, we’re seeking motivated individuals to help bring that same level of quality into even more homes.About the Role:As an In-Home Sales Representative, you’ll serve as the trusted face of Toledo New Bath, meeting with pre-qualified homeowners to present innovative solutions tailored to their vision. This is an engaging outside sales role where you’ll leverage cutting-edge technology to design and sell premium bath products.Your Responsibilities:• Present our proprietary sales presentation to homeowners using an iPad• Participate in ongoing weekly sales training to continually sharpen your skills• Utilize our user-friendly software to design customized bath solutions• Present pricing and confidently close salesWhat We’re Looking For:• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills• Previous in-home sales experience; home remodeling experience is a plus• Reliable transportation and local to the Toledo area• Confidence and professionalism in presentations and public speaking• Self-motivated, disciplined, and driven to succeed• Independent, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment• Outgoing and articulate personality that excels in social interactionsThis is a commission-based position with unlimited earning potential, based on performance and experience.
