Toledo New Bath is a Toledo, OH-based bath remodeling company dedicated to helping homeowners create beautiful, comfortable, and low-maintenance bathrooms. We offer a wide range of bath solutions, including accessibility options, with a focus on quality products, professional service, and exceptional customer experiences.
We’re growing and looking for a motivated In-Home Sales Representative to join our team and help more homeowners find the right bath solution for their needs.
About the Role
As an In-Home Sales Representative, you’ll meet with pre-qualified homeowners in their homes to learn about their remodeling needs, present our bath solutions, and help them choose the best option for their space and budget.
You’ll use an iPad and easy-to-use design software to create customized bath solutions and present them to homeowners. This is a consultative sales role where your ability to build trust, communicate clearly, and confidently close the sale will directly impact your success.
What You’ll Do
- Meet with pre-qualified homeowners at scheduled appointments.
- Build rapport with homeowners and understand their remodeling needs and goals.
- Present Toledo New Bath's bath remodeling solutions using an iPad-based sales presentation.
- Use our software to create customized bath designs based on each homeowner's needs.
- Explain product options, benefits, and pricing clearly and professionally.
- Guide homeowners through the decision-making process and confidently close sales.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales information using company systems.
- Participate in ongoing weekly sales training and coaching.
- Follow up with customers as needed throughout the sales process.
- Represent Toledo New Bath professionally in every customer interaction.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate is confident, motivated, personable, and comfortable talking with homeowners in a one-on-one setting.
You should have:
- Previous in-home sales experience; home remodeling or construction sales experience is a plus.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to build trust and connect with homeowners quickly.
- Confidence discussing products, pricing, and financing options.
- Strong organization and time-management skills.
- A self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
- The ability to work independently while following a proven sales process.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to travel throughout the Toledo area.
- Comfort using an iPad, computer, and basic sales software.
