Design Consultant (In-Home Sales)

All County One Day Bath – Bath PlanetLocation: New JerseyCompensation: $150,000+ per year | 100% Commission (1099)

All County One Day Bath – Bath Planet is looking for experienced In-Home Design Consultants who are confident selling in the home and are motivated by unlimited earning potential. We provide the appointments—you focus on delivering a great customer experience and closing the sale.

What You'll Do

Meet with pre-qualified homeowners—no cold calling or self-generated leads
Conduct professional in-home design consultations using our proven sales process
Build trust, identify customer needs, and recommend customized bath remodeling solutions
Present pricing, overcome objections, and close the sale during the initial appointment
Utilize an iPad and company sales tools to create an exceptional customer experience
Participate in ongoing sales training and team meetings

What We're Looking For

Proven one-call close experience is strongly preferred
In-home sales experience, preferably in home improvement, remodeling, windows, roofing, HVAC, or similar industries
Consistent track record of closing high-ticket sales
Strong communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
Highly motivated, competitive, and driven by performance
Professional appearance and excellent customer service
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
