Position: Home Remodeling Expert (Sales Closer!)Step into a full-time, W-2, outside sales role meeting 8-12 pre-qualified homeowners weekly, delivering impactful presentations, and closing high-ticket deals. Top performers are earning up to $300K+/year!Average First-Year Earnings: $130K–$180K
Job Location: On the road- 30-90 minutes within your home location!
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-home presentations that WOW homeowners.
- Assess homes, recommend solutions, and close sales on the spot.
- Master our product portfolio and financing options.
- Build lasting customer relationships for repeat business.
- Participate in ongoing sales training.

Qualifications- What We Are Looking For
- Sales experience is a plus, not required
- Vehicle and License Required
- Strong communication & organization skills, influential personality
- Weekend Availability (6 days/week)
- Self-motivated and driven to win; works well independently or on a team
- Industry experience is a plus, not required
