About the Role

As an In-Home Design Consultant, you'll meet with pre-qualified homeowners to design customized bathroom remodeling solutions and guide them through the purchasing process. This is a rewarding outside sales opportunity with unlimited earning potential for individuals who thrive in a consultative sales environment.

What You'll Do

Conduct in-home consultations with pre-qualified leads
Present our products and services using company-provided sales tools and technology
Design customized bath remodeling solutions that fit each homeowner's needs
Build rapport and establish trust with customers
Provide accurate pricing and financing options
Close sales and achieve individual performance goals
Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development programs

What We're Looking For

3+ years of sales experience preferred
Previous in-home sales or home improvement industry experience is highly preferred
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed
Ability to work independently and manage your schedule effectively
Comfortable using tablets, mobile technology, and sales software
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the Pittsburgh market and surrounding communities
