At Southwest Family Guidance Center, we believe therapy should feel humanfor clients and clinicians. As we continue to grow and expand services in our community, we are seeking a licensed therapist to join our in-office clinical team.

Position Overview
The In-Office Licensed Therapist provides individual and family therapy services to a diverse client population. This role emphasizes relationship-based care, professional collaboration, and clinical excellence.
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide individual and family therapy services in an in-office setting
- Establish a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment for clients
- Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with client needs
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with colleagues to support continuity of care
- Uphold ethical standards and culturally competent practice

Qualifications
- Active New Mexico license in good standing(LMHC, LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, LISW, LMSW)
- Experience providing individual and/or family therapy
- Strong clinical, interpersonal, and documentation skills
- Commitment to ethical and culturally responsive care
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
