Job Requirements.Education Requirements: Masters Degree (or higher) in Speech-Language Pathology or a closely related field from an accredited program.Certifications Requirements: Current Oregon SLP Licensure (required).Experience Requirements:
- 0+ years of experience required (new graduates encouraged to apply).*
- Experience in a school setting and familiarity with IEP processes preferred.Other Requirements:
- Ability to work in-person across various schools/districts within Grant County, OR.*
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to partner effectively with students, families, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams.*
- Ability to manage a school-based caseload and maintain accurate, timely documentation aligned with district and state requirements.*
- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout school buildings/classrooms and lift/carry typical therapy materials as needed.

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide school-based speech-language therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals and state/district guidelines.*
- Complete speech/language evaluations, interpret results, and develop evidence-based treatment plans and recommendations.*
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with special education staff, teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress.*
- Maintain timely, accurate documentation including session notes, progress reports, evaluation reports, and Medicaid billing requirements (as applicable).*
- Support a positive, inclusive learning environment by delivering services in classrooms, therapy rooms, and other educational settings as needed across district sites.
