Responsibilities

We deliver Qualified inbound calls to our sales agents, so that you can FOCUS ON WHAT YOU DO BEST, WHICH IS TALKING TO QUALIFIED PROSPECTS ON THE PHONE SO YOU CAN SELL AND EARN HIGH COMMISSIONS.
Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
Develop insurance quotes, present quotes, and close sales.
Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
Be outstanding at relationship building over the phone.
Presents and explains insurance policy options based upon prospective client needs and their personal goals.

Requirements

Property & Casualty or Personal Lines Insurance license is required
Life Insurance license is preferred but not required
MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 3 YEARS OF VERIFIABLE Sales experience
3 years of selling personal lines Insurance experience is required
