About the Role

We’re hiring an Inbound Appointment Setter to turn social media conversations into booked discovery calls.

You’ll be speaking with private healthcare business owners from around the world who already know who we are, follow our content, and engage with our brand regularly.

These aren’t cold prospects.They’re already interested.

Your role is to step into those conversations, build trust, ask the right questions, and guide qualified prospects toward booking a call with our team.

This position sits at the intersection of sales, customer experience, and community engagement — and plays a major role in driving company growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you will:

  • Manage inbound conversations across Instagram, Facebook, and online communities
  • Respond to DMs, comments, and story replies with speed, personality, and professionalism
  • Turn engagement into genuine conversations
  • Ask thoughtful questions to understand each lead’s goals and challenges
  • Guide qualified prospects toward booking a discovery call
  • Follow up consistently with leads who haven’t taken action yet
  • Re-engage inactive or “ghosted” conversations
  • Track conversations, bookings, and follow-up activity

You’ll also help create simple weekly story prompts designed to spark engagement and generate new inbound conversations.

What Success Looks Like

This is a performance-driven role with clear targets and measurable outcomes.

Successful team members consistently:

  • Book 15–20 qualified calls per month
  • Maintain a 75%+ show rate on booked calls
  • Influence 8+ program sales per month through strong pre-call relationship building
  • Respond to all new inbound interactions within 24 hours
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of active conversations

You’ll Thrive in This Role If You:

  • Have experience handling inbound leads through social media or online communities
  • Build rapport quickly and communicate confidently
  • Can guide conversations naturally without sounding scripted or pushy
  • Understand how to move people from engagement to action
  • Are comfortable following up consistently
  • Enjoy working toward targets and being measured on performance
  • Stay organised while managing multiple conversations simultaneously

  • Prefer content creation or design over direct communication
  • Haven’t previously converted leads into bookings or sales
  • Avoid follow-ups or feel uncomfortable asking for commitment
  • Are looking for a passive community management position

Compensation

  • Base salary: $40,000–$55,000 per year (depending on experience)
  • Monthly commission tied to qualified calls booked and sales influenced

This is a results-focused role where strong performance is rewarded. High performers consistently grow their earnings through commissions on top of a competitive base salary.
