Primary Skills: Varicent (Expertise), SQL (Proficient), Advanced Excel (Advanced), Analytical Skills (Advanced), Audit (Advanced)Contract Type: W2 Only Duration: 12+ MonthsLocation: Peachtree Corners, GAPay Range: $70 - $74 per hour on W2Job Summary:We are looking for a Senior Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) Analyst with extensive experience in Varicent ICM to spearhead the configuration, management, and enhancement of sales compensation programs. This role demands collaborative effort with Sales Operations, Finance, IT, and Data Engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions for complex compensation structures, in support of our rapid growth objectives. Candidates will be crucial in translating complex requirements into effective system configurations within Varicent, ensuring the success of enterprise-level compensation strategies.Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and manage the Varicent ICM including end-to-end compensation cycles.
- Design and implement compensation plan configurations, calculations, and system enhancements.
- Conduct thorough data validation, performance optimizations, and maintain system and data integrity using SQL and reporting tools.
- Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards for management, and support compliance and audit activities.
- Mentor junior colleagues and lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure accurate and efficient compensation processes.
- Hands-on experience with Varicent ICM (Designer + Studio).
- Proficient in SQL for complex data analysis and validation.
- Advanced skills in Excel for financial modeling and data reconciliation.
- Candidate must have experience working in enterprise-scale, multi-regional, and complex product environments.
