This is a great opportunity to join our accounting team!
- *Assist with daily audit review- verify Daily business report postings, troubleshooting variances and following up on corrections
- *Assist with balancing F&B department gratuities for weekly payroll
- *Assist with Housing- Posting weekly rent payments, maintaining records of associates, processing refunds etc
- *Assist with A/R- Help with incoming guest billing phone calls, assisting with requests, assist with compiling and batching and completion of group bills
- *Assist with A/P- with minor office tasks during busier weeks
- Sort & file Banquet Event Orders daily
- To sort and file group food and beverage and miscellaneous charges.
- File daily room charges and night audit packets.
- Assist with direct billing credit references.
- Responsible for assisting with group billing.
- Responsible for arranging folios and corresponding tickets.
- Responsible for photocopying of completed group bills
- Assist in End of Month statement run.
- Other duties may be assigned.
