Job Description

UNITY has been tapped to assist a growing, acquisitive organization in NW Houston to identify an experienced Income Tax Senior to join its tax team on a contract-to-hire basis. This role is 100% on-site and offers strong visibility within a dynamic, fast-evolving environment.This position will support corporate income tax compliance and reporting, provide technical tax guidance, and contribute to process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in corporate income tax compliance and U.S. GAAP tax reporting (ASC 740).Attributes:

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
25 years of corporate income tax experience, Public accounting experience highly preferred
Strong technical knowledge of corporate income tax and ASC 740
Experience supporting tax audits and researching complex tax matters
Ability to improve processes and reduce tax risk through planning and automation
