NOW Courier is seeking a friendly, customer-focused Independent Contractor to handle a new, dedicated routed route within our established Evansville, IN operation. Your Mission

• Deliver with Clockwork Precision: Ensure that cargo is picked up and delivered to our valued customers on time, maintaining NOW Courier's reputation for reliability and punctuality.
• Route Mastery: Utilize GPS or mapping software to plan and follow efficient routes, ensuring timely deliveries and optimal fuel usage.
• Exceptional Customer Service: Greet customers with professionalism and warmth, handling questions or issues with empathy.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Think quickly and adapt when faced with challenges such as traffic delays or address changes to ensure smooth and efficient deliveries.

Route Details & Schedule (Evansville to Indy Area)

This is a new opening and offers a guaranteed rate beginning 04/13/2026.

• Compensation: $2,000 per week (per route commission).
• Schedule: 5 days a week: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.
• Start/End Time: 7:00 PM Start, typically completing the route by 4:00 AM or completion.
• Required Vehicle: Box Truck (BT).
• Weekly Mileage: Approximately 1,800 miles.
• Daily Stops: Averages 5 stops daily.
• Geographical Area: Evansville to Indy and back.
• Sorting: Yes, sorting required.

Requirements

Vehicle Requirements:

• Candidates must possess a Box Truck (BT).
• The vehicle must be 2016 model year or newer. This ensures the vehicle meets modern safety and reliability standards and provides adequate space for cargo.

To maintain our industry-leading fleet of professional drivers, you must meet the following:

• Age: Be at least 21 years of age.
• Vehicle: Own a vehicle that can pass a multi-point inspection and is suitable for delivery.
• Smartphone: Possess a smartphone capable of running our driver app.
• Licensing & Insurance: Hold a valid driver's license and commercial insurance coverage with a minimum of $300,000 combined single limit liability.
• Pre-Employment Screening: You must successfully pass a comprehensive pre-employment process before beginning work, which includes a: Driving History Review (past 36 months), Criminal Background Check, and Substance Abuse (Drug) Screening.
