You will be a listener, a guide, and an ally, fostering an environment where choice, control, and active participation are not just ideals, but realities. Whether it's assisting someone in transitioning from an institutional setting to their own home, teaching self-advocacy skills, or collaborating with community partners to create a more inclusive society, your contributions will have a profound impact.We understand that expertise comes in many forms, and personal experience with a disability is highly valued here.
