You'll work closely with the production team to meet engineering standards and safety regulations, contributing to a smooth and efficient manufacturing process.What You'll Do As an Industrial Painter, you will be responsible for:

• Preparing metal surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, grinding, and masking to ensure proper adhesion and finish quality.
• Mixing industrial coatings and paints following manufacturer specifications to achieve the desired finish.
• Operating spray guns, airless paint systems, and industrial paint equipment to apply primer and top coats efficiently.
• Ensuring the correct paint thickness, coverage, and surface finish standards are met.
• Inspecting finished work to verify quality and adherence to specifications.
• Maintaining and cleaning all paint equipment, spray guns, and paint booths to prolong equipment lifespan.
• Following all safety protocols when handling coatings, solvents, and personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Assisting with material handling and staging of equipment before and after painting tasks.
• Keeping the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.

What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Previous industrial painting experience preferred but not required; training available for motivated candidates.
• Experience with spray guns, airless systems, or industrial paint booths.
• Knowledge of surface preparation techniques and coating applications.
• Ability to read work orders and follow detailed production instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality workmanship.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work safely around heavy machinery and equipment.
• Dependability, reliable attendance, and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
