Job Description

Job TitleLead Engineer and Project ManagerJob DescriptionResponsibilities:Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers and project managers.Oversee technical strategy, engineering execution, and project delivery across multiple concurrent projects.Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.Communicate project status and engineering activities with internal stakeholders and customers.Drive accountability for project milestones, objectives, and deliverables.Establish and monitor departmental KPIs and performance metrics.Support operational excellence initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.Assist with resource planning, staffing, and organizational development.Resolve technical, operational, and customer-related challenges.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
