Industrial/Commercial HVAC Tech

$45.00–$60.00 per hour + Performance Bonuses (Top Technicians Earn $100,000+ Annually) Full-Time | Fresno, CA Monday–Friday | Overtime & Rotating On-Call Schedule

What You'll Be Doing

Diagnose and repair commercial and industrial HVAC systems
Service chillers, boilers, rooftop units, split systems, and package equipment
Perform preventative maintenance and equipment inspections
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control issues
Complete accurate service documentation
Provide outstanding customer service
Participate in an on-call rotation

You'll work on critical facilities including healthcare, manufacturing, data centers, oil & gas, and commercial buildings, giving you exposure to a wide variety of equipment and systems.

What We're Looking For

5+ years of commercial or industrial HVAC service experience
EPA Universal 608 Certification required
Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
Ability to work independently and with a team
Willingness to participate in an on-call schedule
Eligible to obtain a DoD-level security clearance
NATE Certification is a plus
HVAC Technical School graduate
Experience with A2L refrigerants is preferred
