Job Description
Job Location:

- Bedford, Indiana
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial construction project management.
- Experience managing industrial projects up to $10 million.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Preferred experience in managing projects of varying sizes, from service and maintenance to large-scale, multi-disciplinary turnkey projects.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Strong time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee project management across multiple disciplines.
- Direct subcontractors and self-performed work.
- Develop and manage project schedules, including creating new schedules and updating existing ones.
- Handle administrative tasks and ensure efficient project execution using project management software.
- Ensure adherence to quality construction standards.
- Supervise compliance with building and safety regulations.
- Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate project risks.
- Adhere to standards and operating procedures, including compliance with ISO 9001:2015.
