Support budgeting, estimating, procurement, and scheduling efforts
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders
Track project financials and assist with forecasting
Manage RFIs, submittals, drawing coordination, and change orders
Participate in client meetings and project presentations
Support project buyout and contract administration activities
Work closely with Superintendents to ensure successful project execution
Monitor project schedules and assist in maintaining key milestones

Ideal experience range: 2-4 years
Experience as a Project Engineer, Assistant Project Manager, or Project ManagerIndustrial construction experience strongly preferred
Large-scale commercial construction experience will also be considered
Strong understanding of construction processes and project management fundamentals
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Stable work history and strong career progression
Desire to grow within a long-term, leadership-oriented organization
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
