- Ensure all areas are sanitized, including restrooms, break rooms, and workspaces.
- Operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers and vacuums.
- Monitor and restock cleaning supplies as needed.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
- Assist in special cleaning projects as assigned.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet cleaning schedules.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous custodial or janitorial experience in industrial settings is a plus.
- Ability to operate cleaning machinery and equipment safely.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and lift heavy objects.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
