This is a full-time employee position available for either 1st or 2nd shift. As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and optimization of our industrial electrical equipment and systems. This role is ideal for a skilled technician who is a quick learner with a desire to grow, and a team player who is proficient in mechanical maintenance, hydraulics, pneumatics, and welding. Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on all production and operating equipment.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical equipment including but not limited to: 110v, 227v, and 480v systems, motors, and electrical controls.
• Interpret and apply information from schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify faulty equipment, test new machinery before use or installation, maintain parts inventories, and prepare detailed maintenance reports.
• Collaborate with other team members to optimize maintenance procedures and ensure safety and efficiency.
• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and perform scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.
• Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems including 110v, 227v, and 480v systems, motors, and electrical controls.
• Proficiency in mechanical maintenance, hydraulics, pneumatics, and welding.
• Ability to read and comprehend schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical issues to non-technical team members.
• A strong desire to learn and grow within the company.
• A proven track record as a team player with a positive attitude.
• Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work on your feet for extended periods.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in a technical field preferred.
• Maintenance Certification credentials highly desired.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
